For example: applying for an undergraduate program in the USA or Canada lasts about two to three months including embassy decision time. Applying to undergraduate programs in Jordan, UAE, Egypt, etc., could last from 14 days to one month. Applying to Australia, New Zealand, Poland, etc., could last from one to two months.

You can track the process of your application and get up-to-date updates on your account. We will never be late updating your application because it is done automatically by the system. Please be patient because we do not control processing at institutes, employers, or governments. If we delay updating your application, we will compensate you.
Administrative fees vary from country to country starting from 299 USD to 2200 USD. This depends on the facilities provided or added to the service but does not include tuition fees, registration fees, medical care, or other fees associated with the institute or the government. After successful submission of an application, the final amount of fees will be decided and clearly shown in the invoice. There are no additional or hidden fees.
No. If the invoice is issued, it is our responsibility to make sure there are no additional costs; if such happens, A.BB.GROUP will pay it. However, we are not responsible for changes in tuition fees from the institute or if you change your mind or plan—any changes could proceed with additional cost.
Yes. A.BB.GROUP allows customers to pay the total amount on the invoice by installments with 0% interest. However, the period of the installments must end on the date when the application reaches the end. Failure to do so could incur interest fees from 5 to 50% depending on the officer’s decision or have serious consequences including legal action.
No. A.BB.GROUP will never ask you to pay tuition fees associated with the university or course to us. If this happens it is a fraud. If the candidate has difficulties paying directly to the institute, they can ask A.BB.GROUP to pay instead after written consent only.

Yes. If fees are higher or if you are not satisfied with the decision or need explanation about a transaction on the invoice, you are always welcome to apply for a decision of reconsideration.
All serious transactions processed by A.BB.GROUP, including invoices, are authorized by a QR code. To check authenticity, scan the QR code; it must show you the original document on the A.BB.GROUP website. Otherwise, please do not pay it and report it immediately.
All serious transactions at A.BB.GROUP are authenticated by QR code such as invoices, serious decisions, financial reports, compensations, loans/grants, or scholarships. To check authenticity, scan the QR code with your smartphone; it should show you the original document stored on our system, or send the document to us via email or social channels to confirm authenticity.
Yes. If you submitted an application and paid the fees and would like to change your mind or cancel before the start of the process, a full refund will be returned to you. However, any fees paid by us to third parties and proved by an invoice must be paid by you; we are not responsible for bank charges or charges made by the institute or other third parties.
Note: Refund is not possible if the application is started and under processing without a reasonable reason or about to end. In this case the refund decision will be taken by a financial officer.

We process your data within the field you are interested in only and will never share it with third parties. If this changes or we need to share it to serve you better, we will ask for your permission first.
Your personal data is a priority for us. We will never store your data more than 14 days from the date your inquiry is finished. If you proceed with an application, your data will be stored until 90 days from the date of finishing your application to monitor quality and effective processing. The Gold Membership program is designed by A.BB.GROUP to help members get any service with no administrative fees, such as applying for international admission, booking flights, property, medical care, car rentals, plan changes, buying or selling property (special conditions apply), law services, etc. The program lasts for 365 days after a successful application. A high-professional specialist will be assigned to each member; members can request evaluations, reports, free services, or any other service in 68 countries at no additional cost. We monitor your situation in the country of interest, including legal aspects, to ensure you do not face difficulties.
However, this does not mean we will pay any fees associated with other parties or the government instead of you. If you need any help, please contact your special assistant—they will be excited to help effectively and efficiently. The cost of membership is designed individually and candidates often receive it with no additional fees; renewal may not always require the full amount and offers great value.
